We can offer our external services within NSW at this point, with interstate services available once we have a pre-planning conversation.
Although most function venue have their in-house food and beverage team, they typically don’t specialise in traditional Chinese banquets, and are open to having us – but you will need to confirm with your chosen venue.
For town halls, function centres without a kitchen, marquees and private property, we are able to provide our catering services.
We have our Gold License and Liquor License. Venues will require as a minimum that your chosen caterer is Gold licensed.
Depending on your chosen venue and location, we typically bring in our own portal wok burners, flatware and kitchen equipment. Where a location does not have a kitchen, we would provide, at additional costs, commercial kitchen trailer/truck/container where applicable.
We have front of house waiters that handle service for events within a venue that do not have the teams, and this is the same for bartenders and beverage service.
Should your chosen venue have front of house and beverage waiters, then our team on the day consists of a Floor Manager, Chefs and kitchen team as required.
Absolutely! Our produce is picked and stored fresh with drop-off typically the morning of the event.
We cook every dish fresh on site during your event, like any other event. Sauces are pre-prepared and ingredients are prepared and fully cooked fresh.

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking, with the final balance due two weeks before the event.
Typically you can make adjustments up to 1 week before the event.
